Odoo Campus ERP Implementation Manager

Zeta Corp si looking for Odoo Implementation Engineer for one of our Client which belong to Educational Industry

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3–5+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP implementation experience (preferably in higher education).

Strong knowledge of Odoo Campus Management System (Admissions, Student Services, Academics, Finance, HR).

Proven project management experience with ERP or enterprise software rollouts.

Familiarity with education workflows and university operations.

Excellent skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-technical users.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role involves leading the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Odoo ERP across academic and administrative functions. This role requires expertise in project planning, coordination, and cross-functional team leadership with a strong understanding of educational processes.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo Campus ERP modules (Admissions, Student Information System, Fees, HR, Finance, LMS, etc.).

Work closely with university stakeholders (administration, academic departments, finance, HR, IT) to gather requirements and map processes.

Translate academic and administrative needs into Odoo ERP configurations and workflows.

Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Coordinate with Odoo developers and consultants for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

Develop and oversee testing, training, and user adoption programs for faculty, staff, and students.

Ensure data migration and integrity from legacy systems to Odoo ERP.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to maximize system efficiency.

Prepare and present progress reports to university leadership.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
