Daraz-Set Up & Infrastructure Manager-Pakistan

【Job Description】： 1、Lead the planning, setup, and maintenance of Daraz's infrastructure in Pakistan-Karachi, ensuring smooth operations and high availability. 2、Design and implement efficient data center and network architectures to support the company's growth and meet performance requirements. 3、Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors for infrastructure services, ensuring compliance with company standards and SLAs. 4、Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. 5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Engineering, to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives. 6、Assess and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency, scalability, and security. 7、Oversee the onboarding process for new sites, ensuring timely and successful setup of facilities and systems. 8、Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity, making proactive adjustments to prevent potential issues.

【Job Requirements】： 1、Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2、Above three years of experience in infrastructure management, with a focus on data center setup and operations. 3、Strong knowledge of network architecture, server hardware, storage systems, and cloud technologies. 4、Experience working with third-party vendors and managing service level agreements (SLAs). 5、Effective leadership skills to manage a team of 1, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 6、Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving complex infrastructure issues promptly. 7、Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8、Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards, such as ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS.
