IT Officer

Assist in managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN networks, servers, routers, firewalls, and security systems to ensure seamless connectivity and operations across all branches.

Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of retail software and Point of Sale (POS) systems in all retail outlets.

Supervise and guide the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues at the head office and branches.

Assist in the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (inventory, HRIS, payroll) to improve operational efficiency.

Participate in planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, and process automation.

Maintain system security, compliance, and data privacy standards in line with company policies.

Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT equipment procurement, software licensing, and technical support.

Ensure regular data backup and system recovery procedures are properly maintained, tested, and documented.

Experience :1 year experience in relevant field
Education: Intermediate to Bachelor

Salary Range: 50000
