Odoo Developer - Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer who can work with both Odoo Community and Enterprise versions (v18). The candidate should have strong expertise in customizing Odoo modules, developing new apps, and integrating Odoo with external systems such as HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records).

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and integrate Odoo Accounts, HR, Inventory, CRM, and other modules.
• Develop custom Odoo apps based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party software, APIs, HIS, and EMR systems.
• Ensure smooth communication between Odoo and external applications.
• Maintain and optimize system performance across Community & Enterprise versions.
• Provide technical documentation and support to the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional Odoo development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo v18 (Community & Enterprise).
• Proven experience in system integrations with Odoo (Accounts, HR, CRM, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare domain (HIS/EMR integration) is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

• Contribution to Odoo open-source community.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of ERP processes in Finance, HR, Sales, and Healthcare.
