Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with consultants and project teams.
  • Regularly visit the ongoing sites to understand project progress related issues.
  • Ensure all project designs developed by design consultants comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all consultants, engineers and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist in the selection of project materials, services and new technologies.
  • Resolve any problems and design related issues promptly.
  • Report to D&D (Design & Development) Team Leader

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Soft Skills

  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Sketch up
  • Revit (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Building Information Modelling - BIM (Preferred but not mandatory)
