Architect

Responsibilities:
-Develop conceptual designs, create detailed blueprints, and plan the layout of buildings and spaces.
-Consult with clients to understand needs, present design proposals, and liaise with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals.
-Develop project timelines, estimate costs, ensure projects stay within budget, and manage contracts.
-Prepare specifications, conduct feasibility studies, ensure designs meet safety and building codes, and obtain necessary permits.
-Visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Required skills and qualifications:
-Degree in architecture or a related field.
-Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction procedures, building codes, and materials.
-Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Revit.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
-Strong creative and visualization skills.
-Experience with project management and construction is often preferred.
