Job Summary:

Dar Al-Handasah is seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead the design and execution of complex architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development process for a range of architectural projects, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and technical excellence.
• Manage all phases of design and construction documentation, including concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
• Supervise and mentor junior, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee project schedules and resource planning.
• Conduct quality assurance and review processes for drawings and specifications.
• Lead client presentations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and technological advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• 3 - 6 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
• Proficient in Revit, and other architectural design and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
