Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards across all projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the integration of BIM technologies into project workflows.
• Manage the creation, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on BIM software and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements related to BIM.
• Monitor and evaluate BIM performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all BIM-related queries and issues, facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BIM Manager role or similar leadership position within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software applications such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and data management practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
