1. ROLE

Ensure smooth transition of the allotted project from design conception to execution on site.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary

• Research and Design

Create original design work utilizing specifications, sketches, and ideas based on extensive research.

Analyze space utilization, effectiveness, and structural feasibility of the proposed design.

• Working Drawings

Prepare detailed error-free working drawings as per company template and specifications.

Adhere to the list of drawings provided to ensure timely release of GFC drawings.

• Co-ordination with External Agencies

Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings.

Perform extensive Market research for new technologies and materials and coordinate with vendors to attain product information and competitive quotes.

• Site Visits

Site visits to check on project progress, ensuring that the project is running as per the schedule and to budget.
