Job Description / Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across multiple business units. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling high-impact roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and execute scalable hiring strategies. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a world-class candidate experience in school recruitment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for schools. 2. Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social channels, networking, and market mapping. 3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles. 4. Conduct thorough screening, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes.


Desired profile of the candidate

1. Experience working in a school hiring environment. 2. Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques. 3. Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition 4. School Hiring Experience is Must


Experience & Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Recruitement , or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. 2 - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in School . 3. Strong experience with modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). 4. Proven ability to fill senior or niche roles in fast-paced environments. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market trends.


Salary range

30,000 to 40,000 per month
