Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end fit-out works, be capable of handling projects from concept to completion, and ensure compliance with client requirements, authority regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Develop project concepts aligned with client requirements, brand standards, and budget
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards
• Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities
• Resolve design and technical issues during construction and fit-out stages
• Support project teams to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing architectural drawings
• Proven experience in high-end fit-out works for 5-star hotels (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of hotel standards, luxury finishes, and coordination with MEP & interior teams
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Solid understanding of local authority regulations and building codes
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

Mandatory Criteria

• UPDA Certified (MMUP) – Required
• Immediate availability to join
• Experience in Qatar / Gulf region preferred

Preferred Skills

• Site supervision or architectural supervision experience
• Interior fit-out and refurbishment project experience
• Experience working with international hotel brands
