Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect / Senior CAD Technician with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves design development, preparation of detailed drawings, coordination with site teams, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
• Assist in design development, 3D modeling, and presentation drawings
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent and execution accuracy
• Support BOQ preparation, material specifications, and technical coordination
• Ensure drawings comply with building regulations and project standards

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of SketchUp (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings
• Practical knowledge of site execution and construction techniques
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Civil Draftsmanship
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects
