Marikar Interiors is looking for an experienced Architect to lead design development and execution for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and on-site coordination experience.

Role Overview

The Architect will be responsible for conceptual design, detailed drawings, coordination with consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed as per approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals
• Prepare detailed drawings: plans, sections, elevations, working drawings
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP, and vendors
• Review drawings and ensure design compliance during execution
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to site teams
• Handle client discussions, presentations, and design approvals
• Ensure projects meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements
• Manage revisions, BOQs, and design documentation
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and execution
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools preferred
• Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing
• Experience in site coordination and vendor interaction
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
