Architect

• Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D architectural and solar PV designs, including technical drawings, layout plans, and visual renderings to support the planning and execution of architectural and renewable energy projects.
• Integrate solar PV systems into architectural designs, ensuring coordination with building aesthetics, structural requirements, and site conditions.
• Work closely with design, engineering, technical, and commercial teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submission of architectural and solar PV drawings, calculations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate project activities during the design development and construction phases, ensuring all architectural and solar-related submissions meet project schedules, quality standards, and local authority regulations.
• Prepare shop drawings, As-Built drawings, specifications, and 3D renders, including building layouts, solar PV panel arrangements, inverter locations, cable routing, mounting systems, and structural details to ensure correct site implementation.
• Support the project team by preparing technical documentation, assisting with administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication between architectural, MEP, and solar installation teams.
• Create and present technical and commercial proposals, incorporating architectural solutions and solar PV concepts based on client needs, sustainability goals, and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, planning regulations, and renewable energy standards related to architectural design and solar PV installations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
