Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
• Meet clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
• Prepare layouts, 2D/3D models, and construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with building codes, bylaws, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Review contractor submissions, materials, and shop drawings
• Manage design changes and resolve technical issues
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Registered Architect (preferred, where applicable)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (adjustable as per role level)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong design, planning, and visualization skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Time management and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
