Job Purpose

The Architect is responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing creative and functional designs, managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. The role requires both strong design expertise and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

• Lead conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural design for projects.
• Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approval.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.

2. Project Management

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to supervise construction progress and quality of work.
• Review contractors’ work, provide guidance, and ensure design integrity is maintained.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate design concepts, plans, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into functional architectural solutions.
• Address client concerns and propose effective solutions while maintaining project goals.

4. Mentorship & Team Leadership

• Guide junior architects and design staff, providing technical expertise and feedback.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the architectural team.
• Lead workshops, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all project documentation, drawings, and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit architectural plans for approvals and permits.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Candidate must have UAE DL & own vehicle.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
