Position Title: Architect

Department: Design / Engineering
Reporting To: Design Manager / Project Director

Job Summary:

The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare material specifications and project documentation.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits.
  • Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and authority approvals.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
