Architect

Required a talented and experienced ARABIC ARCHITECT. The candidate will have a full command of architectural design principles and DMT rules & regulations, as well as experience with 2D design, and office software.

Responsibilities:

Performs Plans, design, Villas, Commercial and Industrial projects for clients.

Working with CDP, MePS and TAMM systems and all authorities’ approvals.

Communicate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.

Comply with all applicable DMT rules & regulations

Prepare Technical drawings, plans, Tenders and specifications.

Resolve problems and issues

Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

4 years of experience by MOHRE

Strong understanding of DMT rules and regulations and other authorities.
