Architect Engineer

Job Title: Architect Engineer (Arabic Female) – Abu Dhabi

Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a qualified Architect Engineer for our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, approvals, and coordination with government authorities. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects efficiently while ensuring fast-track approvals from relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural designs, concepts, and drawings.
• Handle ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) submissions and approvals.
• Manage Civil Defense approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate Traffic Study submissions and approvals when required.
• Prepare and manage As-Built drawings and approvals.
• Lead and coordinate with the design team to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate with clients and authorities to expedite project approvals.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely project processing.
• Ensure all architectural documents comply with UAE regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3–4 years of experience in architectural design and approvals.
• UAE experience preferred, especially in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of ADM processes, Civil Defense, Traffic Department, and authority approvals.
• Good understanding of architectural design concepts and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with project teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.

Candidate Preference:

• Arabic Female Candidate.
• Currently available in UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Salary Package:

• AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
