Role Summary
The Senior Architect Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all architectural and construction-related activities for the Roshn 1B project. This position involves active participation in early-stage construction planning, site preparation, technical coordination, quality management, and direct supervision of on-site activities. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success in terms of time, quality, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Resident Engineer in early construction planning, including constructability reviews, material availability assessments, and initial site investigations with contractors.

Provide construction-related input for Project Procedures and the Project Quality Plan.

Develop site infrastructure requirements, prepare field staffing schedules, job descriptions, and construction equipment analyses.

Mobilize to site in advance of construction to supervise the implementation of temporary facilities and essential services (communications, housing, medical, transportation, and equipment).

Establish and manage field operations in alignment with project contracts and HanmiGlobal standards.

Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project objectives in time, quality, and cost.

Conduct weekly progress meetings and technical meetings to review advancement and address on-site issues.

Work with the Senior Resident Engineer to ensure adequate staffing for Field Control/Report systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Review contractor progress and completion reports.

Support evaluation and discussion of contractor claims.

Review contractor valuations (payments).

Prepare project close-out reports upon handover.

Fulfill any additional duties outlined in the Construction Division Manual.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

Strong technical understanding of construction processes and architectural design.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
