Architect

We are interior fit out company. we are looking for an experienced architect For the following duties, we are looking for an experienced architect.

Prepare and submit comprehensive shop drawings to authorities, including Civil and MEP. Make sure that other workers on the site and the site engineer are following the correct drawings. conceptual plans, renderings, and documents are created.

Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit like Risk assessments, method statement, HSE etc.

Meeting with clients to learn about the scope of the project's work in order to prepare an estimate.

Coordinate with Carpenters to make sure they are following the proper drawings.

Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit like Risk assessments, method statement, HSE etc.

Make sure project snags are properly followed and obtain the completion certificate from client.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
