ARCHITECT

Architect

A leading builder and developer in Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with a minimum of 12 – 15 years of experience, preferably specializing in high-rise building design.

Job Description:

· Review all architectural drawings for technical accuracy, design integrity, and compliance.

· Provide corrective measures in case of discrepancies or deviations.

· Provide assistance in coordinating design revisions, updates, and documentation, ensuring that all team members and consultants are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

· The incumbent will be required to reinforce the BIM culture in our office and implement BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from Indus Valley School or any reputable institution.
• Excellent knowledge of Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, AutoCad and Adobe Suite.
• Working knowledge of rendering engines such as Enscape, Lumion and D5
• Proven portfolio of completed high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience in project management and coordinating with various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP) to align the design and resolve issues early in the process.
• Knowledge of local authority bylaws and approval procedures.
