Architect and Interior Designer

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software.
• Creativity & Vision: Strong spatial awareness, color theory, and artistic ability.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to present ideas and negotiate with clients and contractors.
• Qualifications: Typically a bachelor’s degree in interior design, with certification or licensure sometimes required.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Client Consultation & Planning: Meeting with clients to define project goals, budget, and functional requirements.
• Conceptualization & Design: Creating, sketching, and finalizing design plans, including 3D visualizations and mood boards.
• Technical Specification: Selecting, specifying, and sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
• Project Management: Estimating costs, setting timelines, coordinating with contractors, architects, and vendors.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring designs adhere to health, safety, and building regulations.
• Site Supervision: Visiting job sites to monitor construction progress and ensure design alignment.

Pay: ₹14,255.65 - ₹50,000.00 per month
