Architect Engineer

• Develop interior design concepts aligned with the project vision, client requirements, and architectural intent.
• Prepare detailed interior drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery details, and finishes schedules.
• Select and specify interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in accordance with design standards and budget.
• Ensure interior designs comply with local building codes, fire and safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior works.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples related to interior works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure execution matches approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Provide design clarifications and solutions to site-related issues during construction.
• Manage design revisions and variations in coordination with the client and project team.
• Participate in client presentations, project meetings, and coordination workshops.
• Support authority approvals related to interior layouts and finishes, when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of interior design packages in line with project schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation and records throughout all project stages.
