Architect (Female Arabic Only)

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent engineering knowledge, as well as having the ability to take initiative and prioritize client's interests. A solid knowledge, communications skills, in addition to the ability of taking charge will ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Design/Office Duties:

• Preparing project work plan.
• Coordinating with the design team.
• Preparing BOQs.
• Purchasing & Procurement activities.
• Sales & Business Development.

Supervision/Site Duties:

• Site supervision and project management.
• Assuring Health & Safety practices are followed in site.
• Inspecting materials and approving/rejecting materials.
• Preparing weekly work progress reports.
• Verify work progress bills submitted by contractors and approving/rejecting it.
• Liaising with contractors’ teams during projects construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Candidate must have minimum of 3 years’ experience architectural consulting office or in a construction company or interior decoration fit out office.
• Candidate must be based in Dubai.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Great work ethics.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design related programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
