Architect Fit-out/finishing

*We are looking for:*Architect Fit-out/ finishing

An Architect with at least 5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up on shop drawings, materials, site approvals, and project schedules.

*Responsibilities:*

- Review and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

- Manage materials and suppliers.

- Obtain necessary site approvals from relevant authorities.

- Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

- Advanced expertise in Power BI and Navis is a plus.

• Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• fit-out/finishings : 5 years (Preferred)
