Technical Skills Required: · At least 7+ demonstrable BA/QA experience building software solutions and associated data suites for a wide variety of Benefits / Heald Administration System applications including web, mobile and cloud-based applications

· Demonstrable proficiency with a wide variety of languages and frameworks including Cucumber, JavaScript, Cypress, Playwright and TypeScript · Experience integrating with platforms such as ADO, Jira, Jenkins and GitHub · Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and global stakeholders · Ability to provide innovative solution whilst maintaining quality and speed to market · Experience with every level of the testing [Unit, Systems & Integration, User/Business Acceptance Testing] Any experience in Pensions / Benefits administration domain will be an added advantage. What you will bring: · Passion for software quality, shift left and shortening of feedback loops · Excellent understanding of software QA, best practices and test automation tools with an emphasis on framework design and implementation · Experience / expertise in validating requirements and associated software testing of benefits and/or health administration system(s)

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their integration with automated testing · Experience of TDD [test driven development] · Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps

· Experience of cloud environments and building, deploying and testing on these platforms · Experience with non-functional test techniques · Good technical and non-technical communications skills

· Experience of working as part of a Scrum team, driving in sprint test development and exploratory testing · Eagerness to adapt and evolve
