Architect – Interior Design Division

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect with strong experience in interior design projects. You will be responsible for concept development, technical drawings, and coordinating with clients and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and architectural layouts.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project stages.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor design implementation.
• Assist with material selection, finishes, lighting layouts, and furniture placement.
• Ensure all designs meet local regulations and project standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and related design tools.
• Solid understanding of interior materials, detailing, and design execution.
• Ability to produce professional drawings and 3D presentations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project-handling skills.
