Architect & interior designer

Architect Responsibilities

• Design building concepts, layouts, and detailed plans.
• Ensure functionality, safety, sustainability, and aesthetics in designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Estimate project costs, materials, and timelines.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and practical feasibility.

Interior Designer Responsibilities

• Plan interior spaces to maximize functionality and aesthetics.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and finishes.
• Create mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with architects and contractors for execution.
• Manage budgets and timelines for interior projects.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Stay updated with design trends and sustainability practices.
• Ensure the design reflects the client’s style, comfort, and brand identity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
