Architect / Interior Designer

Design & Planning

• Concept Development: Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts based on client needs, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications using software like Autodesk Revit.
• Material & Systems Research: Research and recommend suitable building materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance design and functionality.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and safety guidelines.

Collaboration & Communication

• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, refine designs, and present design ideas.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers (structural, mechanical), contractors, project managers, and other specialists to ensure the design's technical and functional feasibility.
• Stakeholder Presentations: Prepare and deliver design presentations and renderings to clients and stakeholders.

Project Management

• Budget & Timeline Management: Develop project timelines and cost estimates and work to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and evaluate site conditions for project planning.
• Document Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to architectural designs and construction conditions.
• Monitoring Construction: Monitor construction projects to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to address any issues that arise during construction.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
