Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the GCC region, with expertise in interior design, draughting, and furniture designing. This is a great opportunity to contribute to exciting interior projects while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.

· Prepare and present design proposals, including layouts, materials, and finishes.

· Create detailed drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.

-Expertise in Furniture designing and joinery designing.

-Knowledge in software like Autocad, Sketchup , Vray , 3DMax and Twinmotion.

· Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

· Oversee the implementation and quality of interior design works on-site.

· Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 years of experience in GCC countries, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

· Spouse Visa / Freelance Visa holders are preferred.

· Freshers can also Apply. Priority to freshers with Strong Portfolio and Site knowledge.

· Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English (written and spoken).

· Strong draughting skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

· Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and site coordination.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
