Architect & Interior Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning to optimize the functionality and aesthetics of medical spaces. The role involves designing interiors, creating construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with architectural plans. The Interior Designer will also manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to deliver cohesive and practical designs tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality and flow within medical and healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of Architecture and experience collaborating with architects to ensure cohesive designs.
• Expertise in Interior Design, including concept development and execution.
• Skill in developing Construction Drawings and documentation to guide project execution.
• Experience selecting and managing Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to align with project requirements and budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
