Job Description

We are urgently hiring a talented Architect / Interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with client needs, industry standards, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed design plans using professional design software.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and project managers throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, supported by a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, codes, and approval procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
