Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality residential and commercial interiors that align with the company’s development vision, market positioning, and brand identity. This role involves developing design concepts, coordinating with architects and project teams, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring that all design elements are delivered to the highest standard of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects in line with the company’s development strategy.
• Create detailed design presentations, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, material boards, and color schemes for project approvals.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to integrate interior design with architectural and structural plans.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that enhance both aesthetics and functionality while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Work with procurement teams to source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and products.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are implemented during construction and fit-out stages.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials innovation, and market preferences to enhance the appeal of our developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in real estate, property development, or interior design consultancy in UAE.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent sense of style, color, and space planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of local building regulations, materials, and construction methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
