Architect – Residential & Plotted Township Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in residential developments and plotted townships. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architectural planning, design coordination, statutory compliance, and execution support for large-scale township projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

• Conceptualize and develop master planning layouts for plotted townships and residential projects
• Design villas, row houses, low-rise apartments, and community facilities
• Prepare architectural drawings: layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
• Ensure designs meet local development authority norms and project feasibility

Township Development

• Plan road networks, plot demarcation, open spaces, parks, amenities, and utilities
• Coordinate infrastructure planning including drainage, water supply, sewerage, and electrical layouts
• Optimize land use, FAR, setbacks, and zoning regulations

Statutory & Approvals

• Prepare and submit drawings for DTCP, Municipal Corporation, RERA, Fire, Environment, and other authorities
• Coordinate with consultants for approvals and revisions as required

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure consultants
• Support site teams during execution to ensure adherence to approved drawings
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues

Quality & Cost Control

• Ensure architectural quality and compliance with project specifications
• Assist in value engineering without compromising design intent

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in residential and plotted township projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, MS Office (Revit preferred)
• Strong understanding of Indian building byelaws, township norms, and approval processes
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in large-scale township or real estate developer projects
• Exposure to RERA-compliant planning and phased development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
