Architect – Interior Design Focus

Salary: From AED 5,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect with strong interior design knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site visits, client coordination, 2D and 3D development, BOQ preparation (excluding pricing), and overseeing design to execution phases of architectural and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings
• Prepare and present design concepts in 2D and 3D
• Create non-commercial BOQs for internal use
• Coordinate sample selections and material arrangements
• Collaborate with fit-out teams during execution
• Ensure compliance with design, materials, and quality standards

Requirements:

✅ Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory – do not apply if not available)
✅ Proven experience in architecture and interior design projects
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, rendering software (e.g., Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray)
✅ Knowledge of site operations and fit-out practices
✅ Strong communication and client handling skills
✅ International experience is a plus
✅ Flexible working hours based on project needs
