Architect/Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with practical knowledge to develop innovative, sustainable, and functional design solutions aligned with client requirements and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and management.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Stay updated with building codes, safety regulations, and materials.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Provide innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3Ds Max.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design projects.
