An architect is responsible for designing and planning buildings, spaces, and structures that are functional.

Qualification : B.ARCH

Age : below 40

Office Location - T.Nagar, Habibullah Road

Office Hours

9:30 to 18:30 - Base Hours

We have overtime pay based on biometric (every minute will be paid for)

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings
• Producing & checking drawings and 3D views
• Coordination with client side
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Coordinate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with Site team and arrange necessary drawings and inputs
• Coordination with structural engineer

Qualifications

Proficient in CAD

Understand Drawings & 3D views

Laptop supporting Lumion ( under 1 year experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
