Architect/Senior Building Engineer

PMC client is looking for a highly skilled Architect / Buildings Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a professional with extensive experience in architectural design and engineering who can effectively manage and execute complex building projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality building solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development phases of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. You will also coordinate with construction teams, conduct site evaluations, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that every aspect meets our high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and buildings engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼36,000.00 per month
