Architectural Assistant

· Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on sketches, specifications, and design requirements.

· Utilize architectural drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.

· Prepare technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

· Incorporate design changes and revisions into existing drawings, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Participate in design review meetings, providing input and insights based on your expertise

· Ensure that architectural drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations.

· Perform quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

· Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in the drawings and coordinate with relevant team members for necessary revisions.

· Check and verify the work of peers

· Train and motivate junior draftsman

· Coordinate with client for project update/query

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.

• Proficiency in architectural drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulations.
• Familiarity with structural engineering principles and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings and documentation.
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Total Experience Required 5 to 7 yrs.

Industrial Projects preferable

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
