Junior Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our growing design team focused on residential projects. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment. You will assist senior architects in concept development, technical drawings, and project coordination across various residential design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in developing concept designs, 3D models, and visual presentations.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Assist in planning, detailing, and design coordination for residential projects.
• Research materials, finishes, and design references.
• Coordinate with consultants and ensure adherence to design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in residential design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design sense, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred

• Prior experience in UK-based projects or familiarity with UK Building Regulations will be a strong plus.
• Understanding of construction documentation and detailing standards.
• Passion for modern residential architecture and sustainability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
