Architectural BIM modeler

DESCRIPTION We are looking for people with the following:

— A good degree or certification in a related discipline (architecture, BIM, etc.)

— 2+ years’ proven experience in Revit modeling

— Good English language communication skills and collaborative approach

— Good knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Report to the BIM Lead and Director — Create precise 3D BIM models.

— Understand and implement BIM architectural shop drawings.

— Develop BIM architectural details and shop drawings from the BIM model.

— Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.

— Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from the 3D BIM model.

— Take ownership of modeling, drawings, and documentation production process

— Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.

— Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.

— Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.

— Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.

— Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.
