Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Architecture BIM Modeler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure design accuracy and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain highly accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit throughout all phases of design and construction.

* Utilize intermediate AutoCAD skills to modify existing 2D drawings, draft construction details, and prep CAD backgrounds for Revit linkage.

* Generate comprehensive construction documents, schedules, and material quantities directly from the Revit models.

* Efficiently convert 2D AutoCAD designs into 3D Revit models and export Revit views back into DWG formats for external consultants.

* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into the model.

* Ensure all models and drawings comply with company BIM standards, drafting protocols, and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
