Architectural BIM Modelers

We’re Hiring: Experienced Architectural BIM Modelers (Remote – India)

We are looking for talented Architectural BIM Modelers to join our team for an exciting Gulf region project. This is a remote opportunity from India, offering you a chance to work on high-profile architectural projects with a dynamic, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models (LOD 300/400) for architectural projects.

Coordinate models with MEP and structural teams to ensure clash-free designs.

Prepare construction documentation, schedules, and shop drawings using Revit.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure project standards and BIM protocols are maintained.

Support project delivery from concept design to construction documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler on commercial or residential projects.

Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture, Autodesk Docs, and other BIM tools.

Experience with coordinated multi-disciplinary BIM projects.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work remotely.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred:

Experience working on Gulf region projects.

Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD specifications for the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
