Architectural Design Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD and other design software.
• Support architects in developing design concepts into working drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Maintain drawing files, documentation, and project records.
• Coordinate with the design and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in preparing 3D models, presentations, and rendering for projects.
• Ensure timely completion of drawings to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural design software.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
