Architectural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and technical specifications for commercial and residential projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams to ensure design integration and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications in line with project standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure work complies with design drawings and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural engineering within commercial and residential projects (a must).
• Strong experience in architectural design development and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Knowledge of Saudi building codes and construction standards is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale commercial developments or residential compounds.
• Ability to review shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
