Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet project specifications and client needs.

Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD.
• Create 3D models and visualizations utilizing SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Prepare detailed schematics, drafting documents, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary data.
• Incorporate graphic design elements into presentations and project proposals.
• Assist in the development of system designs for various projects.
• Engage in interior design aspects to enhance the overall aesthetic of spaces.
• Utilize MicroStation and SolidWorks for specialized design tasks as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and construction principles.
• Experience with graphic design tools is a plus; familiarity with 2D animation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,773.60 - $85,232.73 per year
