Architectural Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. We highly encourage female candidates to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and 3D models.
• Prepare detailed plans, layouts, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and follow up during different construction phases.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and design solutions.
• Present design proposals and revise based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
