What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design and documentation of high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and clients to bring ideas to life
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and project coordination
• Grow your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO CDA:

• Bachelor of Architecture degree, minimum
• Architectural Registration or in process
• 3+ years’ experience post-graduation, minimum
• Experience working on projects of various sizes from Planning through Construction Administration
• Experience working closely with Project Architects and clients throughout the process
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• AutoCAD skills required
• Revit skills a plus
• U.S. work authorization and residence in or near Brandon, FL
• Lifelong learner

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AT CDA:

Working as a team member to accomplish the following:

• Design/drafting projects as it concerns all phases of design
• Code reviews
• Town permitting (Zoning, HDC, CRMC, DEM, etc)
• 3D renderings and presentation boards
• Client, consultant, & contractor coordination & correspondence
• Construction Administration
