Architectural Designer

Summary:

LCDG is looking for a motivated and creative individual with 1-3 years experience to join our Pasadena office at a full-time position, to work with a dedicated group of talented professionals on educational and other projects. The office is located in northeast Pasadena, in a mid-century modern building on a tree lined street. Our projects are varied, and include educational, healthcare, civic, municipal, and institutional work. Responsibilities:

· Work under the direction of a PM/PA and/or Principal

· Lead / assist in design effort for projects & presentations

· 3D modelling rendering, and graphic design for presentations

· Develop construction details, utilizing LCDG standards

· Help communicate with the engineering team

· Code research and application

Qualifications:

· Passionate & creative

· Initiative, self-motivated

· Time management and communication skills

· Able to work concurrently on multiple projects

· Minimum 1 years design and experience in the profession

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

· Software proficiency: Revit & AutoCad, Microsoft suite, Bluebeam, 3D Modeling & rendering software required (Sketchup / Rhino), Lumion, Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required

Work Remotely

• Possible on occasion or periodically. Flex Fridays allow staff to work from home on half-day Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
